The Elohim Announce the Descent of the City of Light “New Raetia” Over the Alps – October 2017

A big shift today again. It began with an email from N., who sent a picture about a sudden dark sky and exciting blissful energies at 4:00 pm in Zurich, like the ones described in Plovdiv with the word “Gusto! = bliss+pleasure” Before the Elohim gave us this message, I see a deep crystalline blue cloud of energy flowing in a corridor southwest of Munich, actually more towards Italy, but ballooning out to include Switzerland, the French Alps, the Northern Alps in Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, and up and around to Austria, returning to Germany. It is a very large area.
I started creating the city of light New Raetia already in 2001, when I moved from the city of Munich to live in a Bauernhaus (farmer’s cottage) in the countryside north of Munich, near Freising. Already in 2005, I was shown beautiful visions with my third eye of the new crystalline structures of New Raetia merging with the gentle rural landscape, while hiking or driving a horse gig in the forests and through the fields, most of the time absolutely alone.
The name was given by the Elohim in reference to the Roman province Raetia that encompassed roughly the extension of the city of light New Raetia at that time. Later on, I extended this city of light to Austria, Switzerland, Czechia and further southeast to Slovenia and have reported on that on this website.
When I came to Italy in early 2018 and began with the creation of the healing and study centres of light along the Ligurian coast (Italian Riviera), I connected these centres of light over the Alps with the first city of light New Raetia, which I created intuitively according to the principles of bioelectromagnetics already in the beginning of the 3rd millennium, although this knowledge was given to me by the Elohim much later.
Later on, I connected this extended city of light to the city of light Nova Pulpudeva over my native city Plovdiv in Bulgaria, which is probably the oldest city in the world, and surely in Europe, with an uninterrupted history of archeological evidence of more than 8,000 years.

Tomorrow I will publish another message of the Elohim from 2017. It elaborates on the three big cities of light in these three continents, Europe, North and South America that are building the triad of ascension for humanity, with Europe being the cradle and the centre of this momentous event. It will occur this year with my first ascension to the Source as Elohim that will trigger the planetary shift to 5D and higher. This energetic phase transition will allow the manifestation of all cities of light, which will be the foundation of the new Original World/new 5D earth, based entirely on cultural, historical and soul-based identity through the abolition of all nation states as explained in the above article.
When this message was given to us in 2017, the city of light Nueva Terra was not created yet as the next Elohim message to be published tomorrow alludes to. This was done in two consecutive trips to Ecuador in 2018 and 2020.
The chronology of all these creations through electromagnetics is verified by precise messages of the Elohim over the years. They document what tremendous light work I have accomplished in the last three to four decades, since I consciously began with my mission as Logos God in human gestalt, exerting the role of the greatest scientist of all time, the role of the Captain of the Planetary Ascension Team (PAT) , and the universal creator of the cities of light with the help of the PAT and other advanced human beings.
This website is a seamless chronicle of our creationary light work that is unique in the world literature in its authenticity, scientific precision and depth of gnostic insights. It surpasses all known religious and other esoteric teachings in every respect in terms of human knowledge and at the same time abolishes them as inadequate and tainted by false human ideas categorical systems of knowledge. The new Science and Gnosis of the Universal Law will very soon be the only foundation of the new spiritual world view – the new spiritual paradigm – of the ascending humanity.
Message from the Elohim:
“This cloud of energy was sent as a preliminary foundation to the installation of the New Raetia City of Light. This is a prerequisite or pre-condition for the realization of a higher frequency reality.
It is true that there was cleansing with the rain and wind (as N. mentions in his note). Electrical activity in the form of lightening also clears all electromagnetic fields to neutralize their charge, spin rate and direction.
It is time for the new portal in the European Alps to begin its function as a new portal of plasma light, a foundation of the new Earth energy.
There are many portals around the earth being activated at this time to bring in and distribute the plasma energy including the Himalayan, Andean and now the Central European Alp portals. The Alps area requires great stability at this time, rising from the imbalance of man-made energetical fields within the central European area (I am shown the CERN facility.)
(N.B. No wonder, CERN will be shut down on June 29, 2026 for 4 years. The dark ones know what will happen this month and try to save their devil’s work. The hadron collider has been a major target of our light work as Elohim, as it already destroyed the earth once in November 2017, but it was immediately reconstituted by our Elohim monad as the Elohim told us. The precious jewel known as Europa has experienced eons of strife upon its land and in its seas. There is a great requirement of balanced energy at this time and this is one of the reasons for the activation of your personal fields to orientate to this area.
The family members traveling to this area are there for a reason – to prepare the fields and stabilize the Earth’s Merkaba before your arrival (We arrived in Italy in early March 2018). It is no coincidence that family members are convening at that coordinate at this time. Their energetic support is needed as a “back fill” until the moment of your arrival is confirmed. Be patient with this most complex process. It is the creation of a multi-dimensional reality that interfaces with this high-level third dimension. There is no need to explain these details to most family at this time as their focus remains at a lower expression and understanding. Suffice it to say that they are on holiday! In this way, their joy shall be the most powerful force in supporting the new reality grids of the multidimensional reality now being overlaid onto the current third-dimensional layers of reality.

The video is very good indeed – a Bulgarian made it, first in Bulgarian language and then auto-translated it using AI.. Plovdiv is really spectacular. The big stadium that was only excavated at one end was not known to exist when I was a student. One day, in 1967, I went to the historical museum’s library to do research for a thesis at school. It was my initiative. The director was a good friend of my father and the family. I was allowed to search undisturbed in the library and found an old research booklet from the beginning of the 20th century by an unknown to me Bulgarian scholar who claimed that there was a huge Roman stadium under the centre of Plovdiv, exactly under the main street, which was a pedestrian zone already at that time. I presented this finding at school but nobody believed me. Later on, they uncovered it at one end as you can see on this video:

I must say that also the amphitheatre on the hill was found after I left the country in 1975, I guess around 1978-9. It was unknown to me or to anybody else, although I passed by it everyday walking to school.
As a child I lived on the edge of the central Tzar Simeon Garden, where the singing fountain is and it was my playground at that time. Also the hill “Bunardzik” with the big statue of a Soviet soldier on top, also known as “Aljosha”, which is a nickname of a Soviet soldier in Bulgaria, not very flattering.
My father was an MD and quite famous in the city under communism, not only as a doctor, but also as a kind of a dissident with a jester freedom, as he was known to be the “crazy doctor”, that is why he escaped political arrest. He was elected as a pensioner for two terms as a municipality councillor from 1996 to 2004 as a representative of the first democratic party UDF, which I co-founded in December 1989 in Sofia as the first politically active emigree coming from the West after the fall of the communist tzar Zhivkov a few days before that. My father was the oldest elected councillor and became automatically the head of the council. Here you can read more.

He was fighting in vain against the corruption of his own party fellows and, above all, against the mayor, who was a real mafioso, and was threatened to be killed several times. I was at that time often in Bulgaria to propagate the Universal Law and advised him to resign as there was no point, but he stayed as city councillor for 8 years. He was the most popular councillor in Plovdiv at that time, but couldn’t achieve anything, Neither do we, we are not meant to deal with this matrix.
The city of light above Plovdiv, which I called Nova Pulpudeva derived from the original Thracian name, exists and thrives, as you can read in my article on the ultimate ascension scenario. I have worked a lot in the last year to expand it through bioelectromagnetic creation. It already encompasses the whole Balkans, but we will begin small when we ascend.

I have often wondered what parental influences prompted you to become the person that you are. Honestly, it does not surprise me that your father was an M.D.
He appears to have been a very versatile intellect navigating the Bulgarian Communists with a keen insight into the machinations of a failing system in addition to advancing his own election agendas in the midst of criminals and political hacks.
Truly, an intelligence no doubt inherited genetically and spiritually by his son.

You could say so. My father was, for Bulgarian conditions, surely quite educated and intelligent. He graduated from the German school in Plovdiv, in the same building, where I was much later a student in primary and middle school, and then from French college, near where we lived. This building became part of the Plovdiv university during communism and here I attended lectures in physics to prepare myself for the entry examination to study electronics in Sofia. The lecturer in physics was excellent and taught us how to approach physics in a novel, more logical manner, so that I could understand physics for the first time. My school teacher was a total failure. This education gave me the actual background to discover the Universal Law and rewrite physics a quarter of a century later.
After my father graduated from college, he went to Vienna, Austria in 1940 to study during the war… who knows what (?), as he seemed to have only thoroughly enjoyed his life, receiving food packages from rural, still peaceful Bulgaria in these austerity war times and fucking lonely, hungry Austrian women, whose men were on the front and they had nothing to eat. He told me a story. The Austrian women were telling each other: ” Can you imagine, the Bulgarians are cooking omelets with ten eggs? It was a fortune and a luxury to have one egg in Austria and Germany during the war time. What remained from this sojourn, was that he really spoke German with a Vienna dialect.
When Bulgaria entered the war in 1941, he returned back home with the last train as after that all hell broke loose on the Balkans. He was recruited in the army and first he was victorious in reconquering Northern Greece that was Bulgarian, but we lost it in the Balkan war 1912 against Turkey, when Bulgaria actually defeated Turkey single-handedly, and its allies Greece, Serbia and Romania stabbed Bulgaria immediately in the back after that. They attacked us on three fronts – from the south, west and north. We lost Macedonia in the south and Dobrudza in the North. Then we had the fiasco in WW1 on the side of the Germans and lost even more territories.
Bulgaria didn’t want to enter the war on the side of the Germans in WW2 but it had no choice as the Germans poisoned King Boris who opposed the war. After that we had no choice, but to accept, as the Germans swept over Serbia and were on our border giving us an ultimatum – either the Nazis entered as allies or as conquerors. This was the time when my father was sent as a fresh-recruited soldier to Northern Greece to administer our lost territories there, together with the Germans, who crossed the Metaxas line and defeated the Greeks and the British. The Bulgarians were opposed to sending troops to the East front as the Russians were considered our Slavonic brothers who liberated us from the Turks in the Russian-Turkish war in 1878 and we didn’t want to fight against them.
Then the Germans lost the war on the East front, and in September 1944 the Soviet army entered Bulgaria without any battle and staged a communist putsch. My father, who was just released from the army, was recruited one more time and fought with the Soviets against the Nazis, liberating Yugoslavia. He reached Vienna one more time, where he had studied, but didn’t enter the city as the Soviets didn’t allow the Bulgarian army to do that, although they fought well and deserved it.
Thus, strictly speaking, my father was twice victorious in WW2, first against the Allied forces and then against the Nazis. To my information, the Bulgarians were the only army that won WW2 twice, but lost their freedom to the Soviet communists. My father must have had a lot of guardian angels as he survived WW2 unscathed. He was very much the classical “Good Soldier Sveik”
After the war, he studied medicine in Sofia and graduated in 1951, when I was born. He was a phtysiatrist (lung specialist), but also worked as a pediatrician in a big hospital centre and healed a lot of young people, who suffered from tuberculosis at that time. He was on a meagre state salary and treated in his free time numerous patients and particularly children, as he was famous for that, for free. He refused to take any money for ethical reasons.
He was not easy to live with, but he was genuinely a very ethical and moral person, and I appreciate that. He deserves to be remembered. When I discovered the Universal Law and presented it in Bulgaria between 1997 and 2000, he was very happy and proud about that, although he didn’t understand anything, but he believed it to be true. And this is what matters in the end.
Thank you for asking me about my father, it is good to remember him in these final days, when we are about to leave the earth anytime soon. He was well-known in Plovdiv under his nickname – the Pasha – because he could be very authoritative, when he explained something, although he was a miserable pedagog.
