The Anamnesis as a Process of Remembrance of the I Am Presence

Romantic swan couple in love

( vedi The Return to Eden,  Astraea et Amora e The Return to Eden Foreword – The Dragons Reclaim the Earth, Georgi Stankov).

E concludo con l’invocazione alla Legge del Perdono data dal Maestro St. Germain;

Benedizioni a tutti

Con Amore

Daniela

The Anamnesis as a Process of Remembrance of the I Am Presence

Let me start with the explanation of the title, why did I use the words “reminiscence” and “anamnesis” to refer to the I AM Presence?

In Italian these two words can be used as synonyms, their meaning is “memory”.

In the case of reminiscence we speak of the memory of a remote and almost completely forgotten matter, the term seems very general, but if we consider anamnesis as a word that is derived from Greek, then it becomes much more interesting.

The Greek meaning is always “to remember”, but its use becomes deeper and richer when we consider how the term is used in the enunciation of a fundamental concept in the philosophy of Plato, for whom “true knowledge is founded on the “anamnesis” of the ideas known to the soul in her own higher dimensional existence before her entry into the body“.

Plato is telling us that all the knowledge we need already exists in our soul and that the experience of an incarnation on earth (sensitive world), allows us to trigger the process of remembering.

The anamnesis is, therefore, a process of reminiscence that, stimulated by the perception of sensitive objects, leads man to rediscover gradually in his consciousness “those eternal ideas, which are the cause and origin of the physical world“.

The concept of anamnesis was already present in the Orphic-Pythagorean philosophical conception and was adopted by Plato to demonstrate in “Phaedo” the thesis of the immortality of the soul and the formation of mathematical and scientific knowledge (this dialogue of Plato is also known under the title “On the Soul”, see pdf).

All this knowledge is already present in the soul and it is through reminiscence or anamnesis that an awakening of the memory occurs, which is actually the revival of an inner knowing that had been forgotten at the moment of birth (the veil of oblivion that falls with birth) and remains unconscious until it is awakened through the experiences of life.

Therefore, knowledge cannot be derived from sensible experience, which has the sole advantage of challenging man to remember, that is, to seek within himself what is hidden from the mind. To know means to immediately and intuitively remember what you already know and access this memory with the help of our highest part of ourselves – our beloved I AM Presence.

Intuition happens like a flash and is a very intimate and elevated communication with our I AM Presence which can connect again with the Source and allow the awakening and channeling of the ancient knowledge that is never lost.

In short, remembrance leads back to the care of the soul as professed by Socrates: the true wise man “knows he does not know” and therefore resorts to an attitude of inner research in order to better understand himself, bringing to light in his intellect what the soul has forgotten at the moment of birth, which in modern form is like saying that he undertakes an inward journey to remember and rediscover the I AM Presence.

In practice this process of remembering is well described by Plato in his dialogue Meno (pdf), where Plato relates how the master Socrates succeeds in helping a slave without any education to understand the Pythagorean Theorem. Despite the ignorance of the slave, Socrates manages, with appropriate questions, to make sure that the slave finds the logical steps alone, which leads him to understanding of something that has already existed within himself.

This dialectical method of Socrates (Socratic method, also known as maieutics) to conduct, through appropriate questions, the interlocutor to discover within himself the answers is the ability to constantly question the knowledge of everyone (including one’s own) and encourage him to seek ever more deeply the hidden truths without stopping at the apparent truth.

And for those who want to read a little more I found these PDF documents:

Plato’s Dialogue Phaedo

Plato’s Dialogue Meno

After this long incipit it is necessary to explain where the need to talk about these things comes from.

Since I received the message from my spiritual guides (January 19, 2019), I continued to have the I AM Presence in my mind, this has pushed me to re-read two texts I had already read between 2013 and 2014: Saint Germain’s  “The “ I AM” Discourses“, the classic book of Saint Germain and “Ascended Master Instruction“.

As I re-read these two texts, I felt the “I AM Presence” closer and closer to me and the presence of the teacher St. Germain was palpable at home, so one morning, while I was on the terrace facing the sea to meditate and breathe, immersed in a wonderful sunlight of magnetic energy, I began to feel the presence of the White Dragons family and to perceive a message.

– It’s January 22, 2019, the sky is clear and turquoise and just in front of me there is a beautiful huge White Dragon that has taken shape through a white cloud that stretches across the valley.

I feel the gentle and peaceful energy and I sense that a message is coming. Meanwhile, I ask the Dragon to tell me his name if he wants and he tells me that the name identifies the whole family because they are One and the name is Aquarius as the era of the Aquarius in which we are already living.

They are a family of Dragons innovators, builders of shapes and keepers of the New Earth as we are, the light warriors of the first and the last hour.

They present themselves as One and, in fact, in the sky there are many figures of large and small dragons overlapping and merging one into the other. This is a proof that they are merged together as Unity Consciousness and I perceive this as an example of how humanity can now be, as ONE.

The largest figure of a Dragon has the edge lit by the sun and the visible rays are: rose, gold and turquoise. As I watch it, I wonder what this vision means and the answer is: “We are never alone, we are a united family and if we allow, help, protection and support will come as they are always available.

Then I hear a short message:

“In these chaotic times where utter confusion reigns, there is one thing that the powerful and beloved warriors / bearers of light can do and that is to turn immediately to their  I AM Presence.

In order for this New World, which we all yearn for, to manifest as soon as possible in all its magnificence with all its kingdoms, we must invoke the I AM Presence and everyone should consciously invite the I AM Presence to enter his physical body for his own good and for that of all others in order to unite as a family, as a single I AM Presence, a single Consciousness of Unity.

Only through the I Am Presence can one manifest the perfect and wonderful world which represents the new Golden Age for all ascending humanity.

After having heard this message, I feel a different, powerful energy that envelops my whole being, I feel the I AM Presence that urges me to talk about the Power of Presence.

Meanwhile, the majestic figure of the Dragon begins to transform before my eyes, the neck lengthens, the body is rounded and the figure is now a beautiful white swan with long neck (symbol of the Holy Spirit). I learned to pay attention to all the signs and symbols I see and so I begin search for the symbolic meaning of the White Swan (Il Cigno – Simbologia):

Romantic swan couple in love

From the Latin word “cygnus”, which in turn is derived from the Greek “kyknos”. The German “Schwan” (ancient “svan”), as the English swan, are derived from the same root KAN, which is the origin of the Latin word “cano” (to sing). The swan is therefore, etymologically, the “singer”.

In Plato’s dialogue “Phaedo“, Socrates states that the swan’s chant expresses the joy of reintegrating itself into the divine, of which the bird was an epiphany.

Swans are in close relationship with the luminous gods and are the symbol of wisdom, sincere love, loyalty for one’s partner, innocence, purity, strength and courage.

The swan gives the ability to interpret dreams and represents spiritual evolution, it is linked to the water where it swims, to the air where it flies, and to the land where it rests, but mainly represents the fire of the sun from which it draws its power to master the other three elements: it represents the communication between the elements, between the different worlds, beneficial and sacred possessor of magical powers related to music and song; combined with the therapeutic powers of the sun and water, the swan also represents the inner light and the harmony of the human spirit, the divine spark in man. (I feel that the light warriors who choose to be healers will be able to use energy by invoking the Divine Rays and Flames, but also the energy of music, song and sound, water and heat.).

His flight is likened to the return of the spirit to its source and represents the part of man who strives for the good, the best of himself in perception and spirituality. In the Middle Ages the swan was the emblem of the mystical cavalry and represented the knight who left home in search of the Holy Grail.

From ancient Greece passing through Asia as well as for the Slavic and Germanic peoples, and Native Americans, the swan is the immaculate bird whose whiteness, energy and grace make it a living representation of light, an inseparable companion of Apollo in Ancient Greece, while in the Far East it has always been a symbol of purity and beauty, nobility and courage.

According to the Native Americans, the swan knows how to accept the grace brought by change, by submitting to the divine plan of the Great Spirit and not opposing it at all in his will. This symbolism comes from the transformation of the “ugly chick” into a majestic swan so that human gaze can go beyond the world of appearances and see in the future.

Returning to the I AM Presence, it is natural to ask “What is the I AM Presence?” According to the teachings of Master St. Germain in the book “The “I AM” Discourses“:

Life, in all Its Activities everywhere manifest, is GOD IN ACTION.” (Discourse 01, October 03, 1932)

The natural tendency of Life is Love, Peace, Beauty, Harmony and Opulence, for Life is indifferent to who uses it, it continually soars to manifest its Perfection more and more always with that impulse enlivening that is inherent to it: “I AM”.

“I AM” is the Activity of “That Life.” The first expression of every individual, everywhere in the Universe, either in spoken word, silent thought or feeling, is “I AM,” recognizing Its Own Conquering Divinity….the Highest Principle of Life used and expressed throughout every civilization that has ever existed — for the first expression every Self-conscious form of Life gives is “I AM”. It is only afterwards, in its contact with outer, wrongly qualified activity, that it begins to accept anything less than “I AM.”” (Discourse 01, October 03, 1932),

And it is precisely when you begin to use the word I AM to make negative and adverse comments (I am sick, poor, lonely, abandoned, angry etc.) that in your own world manifests exactly what you do not want: poverty, illness, loneliness and all that is a distortion and a misunderstanding of true life.

As Master St. Germain says, “What the individual mentally agrees with is accepted by him.”

The meaning is that when we fix our attention on something, positive or negative according to our judgment, we are identifying with it, we are joining it and with the power of our mind, which accepts and agrees with such thing or condition, we bring it into manifestation because we have decreed it to be acceptable in our world, whether we are aware of it or not.

According to the Ascended Masters there are only two activities in Life, an interior one which governs our world with the Plan of Perfection and Unity and an exterior one, which appropriates our world when importance is given to everything that happens around us and that envelops and distracts us by taking us away from ourselves, from our true selves and thus away from our I AM Presence.

When we are aware and conscious of our I AM Presence, we recognize the Presence of God in us and that we are One with God, with every human being and with all kingdoms.

Every breath, every emotion, every feeling, every thought is always and only “God in action”, but, since man has free will, he can choose whether to align himself with the inner God or turn to the outside and interpret the energy, which is projected into the world in human thoughts and emotions, according to their external appearance, which is nothing but an erroneous human creation caused by the misuse of man’s Divine Power.

The I AM Presence is the Flame of God, the Creator’s Fire. His Presence is anchored in the heart of all his Sons, though in some it is only a spark, it can rise and rise to become the Great I AM Presence, waiting only to be recognized, remembered and consciously invited to take its sovereign place within the heart of every Son of God.

Naturally this process of recognition and remembrance is a completely personal and intimate process. It is up to the individual to discover, nurture, nourish and grow that divine spark present in every human being and for each individual the path is and will be individual, personal and different from any other.

Every human being has the possibility to come in contact with this divine part of himself at the most excellent moment for him / her. There is no specific time or place to come in contact with the I AM Presence.

When the person is ready this happens – a memory resurfaces and then it is always up to the individual to take this opportunity and to go down this path of discovery and reunion with his I AM Presence.

The I AM Presence is in no hurry, because God loves us unconditionally and he is in no hurry to get back in touch with us – when the moment arrives the incarnated personality will realize it immediately and will have the free choice to deepen that contact and magnify it in the most appropriate way for everyone.

This is why Master St. Germain speaks of “self-control to understand and best use the Conscious Power of the Inner Divine Presence“, that is: ..1) the recognition of the Intelligence “I AM” as the Unique Active Presence, 2) no limits or limitations on the power of its use exist and 3) men, having received free will, free choice and free action, create in the surrounding world only what they pay attention to.

This means that thoughts and emotions form the greatest Creative Power in Life and the Universe.

At this point I want to refer to the three wonderful books of Dr. Georgi Stankov where in a modern and contemporary manner he speaks of the power of creation through thought and emotions:

“In the broadest sense,  mind / spirit is organized energy – it is All-That-Is. In this sense the mind is a subset of the cosmic spirit. Matter, perceived as 3D space-time, is also a U-subset of spirit and is relatively insignificant. Since Matter is created by Spirit, it contains it as an element. “

Everyone can read and re-read these books at his discretion and find his own way to the I AM Presence.

New Gnosis: The Evolutionary Leap of Mankind

The Cosmic Laws of Creation and Destruction

Gnosis as a Personal Experience

and the two excellent articles “Feelings as a Personal Gnosis” and “What”s Love“.

Returning to the discourses of St. Germain: “The moment that the individual is truly aware of this, he will know he is forever free from the need of the wealth of the outer world, or anything that the outer world can give.” (Discourse 8, October 27, 1932).

When Master St. Germain talks about the power of the I AM, which is also an affirmation of I CAN, this does not mean an attitude like “I AM more enlightened than you, better than you, etc.” This is a destructive, egotistic attitude which creates separation and is exclusive with respect to others, which only leads to the destruction of everything personal and that of other people.

Master St. Germain is warning everybody with such an attitude and conviction that every criticism, condemnation, judgment and hate only lead to internal and external struggles and destruction and that every harmful thought sent to others is actually destroying life, at every level, by the person who sends these thoughts.

It is therefore necessary to understand very well the Power of Thought and of the Word and how to correctly use it in every moment. And the first thing to do is to start by remembering the Progressive and Powerful Consciousness of the Law of Forgiveness.

The Law of Forgiveness is the open door to reach the heart of God, it is the Tonal Key, the fulcrum of the Universe (see The Return to Eden, Astraea et Amora and The Return to Eden, Foreword – The Dragons Reclaim the Earth, Georgi Stankov).

It is important to understand that the human being, when he has no care and respect for the laws of life, is capable of releasing negative energy by means of thought, emotions and words, which may kill the noblest impulses of others.

There is nothing more dramatic and tragic in the world of a person, who has a thought of limiting another human being and, by directing these imperfect thoughts towards a sensitive person, he can limit and block the other person sometimes for years. Also damaging him both mentally and physically and behaving towards the other person as an energetic vampire.

If one speaks of Freedom for oneself, he must first ensure that he gives the same freedom (mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical) to everyone else.

Master St. Germain warns: DO NOT GIVE ADVICE TO OTHERS!

“God in everyone is the only one who knows what is best for each individual.”

We must categorically refrain from making judgments based on personal prejudices with regard to the activities of another human being. Condemnation, critic or unduly curiosity about the life of others, except wanting good for others, is dangerous for those who want to reach the highest goal of their personal Enlightenment and subsequent Ascension.

Of course this does not mean that one should refrain from exposing the evil, because when bad and evil behavior, which is the result of an extrovert oriented personality, is denounced, the game of darkness is supported. But even in doing so a detachment is necessary – one must be without any prejudice, while complying with the Law of Forgiveness and invoking in ourselves and for all others the Power of Love and Compassion and transforming the world from within with FAITH. This is Power that emanates and conquers with HOPE, it is the open door through the veil where the Pure Presence acts and with CHARITY, which is the determination not to think badly and not to pursue any evil in all its forms.

Consciously addressing the I AM Presence is the best way to allow the change of paradigm, to let go of the old way of thinking and acting, to stop living in fear and anger and to entrust one’s heart and mind to the transforming energy of the Creator, of All-That-Is.

It is not a matter of transcending physicality and ascending into a higher dimension where problems no longer exist, but a matter of transcending separation as to enter the Unity Consciousness and in order to do that we must recognize and remember first of all our inner union, the balance and harmony between the parts, that is, to remember and accept the I AM Presence, which is God in Action everywhere.

And I conclude with the invocation of the Law of Forgiveness given by Master St. Germain:

“I AM the Law of Forgiveness and the Consuming Flame of every disharmonic action of the human conscience “

Blessings to all

With love

Daniela
