We Are Leaving. You Don’t Need Us

George,

I am so loving the messages describing these final days! Yes, it is a new paradigm of ascension. And it is grand !  It is a certainty that we will be leaving very soon, [I believe, in a matter of only a few weeks or even a few days], as we have completed what we came here to do and our presence is no longer needed as “guarantor” for humanity.

The idea that this is the reason we would soon be leaving came to me shortly after moving back to Santa Fe when I “happened” to hear an old song, called “Wooden Ships” from Crosby, Stills and Nash. I’d always loved this song, but hadn’t heard it for years and was struck by the poignant and surprisingly timely lyrics [of course the guitar work is pretty fantastic, as well]. The whole thing seems to come from, what Stills himself referred to “higher voices calling [him]”, and I recommend a listen [play the one with lyrics as they are quite evocative].

The line that struck me was “ We are leaving. You don’t need us“. As soon as I heard it I knew that was exactly right and the reason we would soon be released. The song ends with the line I quoted in the subject above, and brings us to our sad, but glad freedom to leave….”going to a place where we can laugh again”…”Very free and easy” ……..

“Wooden Ships”
[Intro. (Electric Guitar)]

[Stills:] If you smile at me I will understand
‘Cause that is something
Everybody everywhere does in the same language
[Crosby:] I can see by your coat, my friend you’re from the other side
There’s just one thing I got to know
Can you tell me please who won?
[Stills:] Say can I have some of your purple berries?
[Crosby:] Yes, I’ve been eating them
For six or seven weeks now haven’t got sick once
[Stills:] Probably keep us both alive

Wooden ships on the water very free and easy
Easy, you know the way it’s supposed to be
Silver people on the shoreline let us be
Talkin’ ’bout very free and easy

[Instrumental (Electric Guitar)]

Horror grips us as we watch you die
All we can do is echo your anguished cries
Stare as all human feelings die
We are leaving, you don’t need us

[Instrumental (Electric Guitar)]

Aaaah …
Go take your sister then by the hand
Lead her away from this foreign land
Far away where we might laugh again
We are leaving, you don’t need us

[Instrumental (Electric Guitar)]

And it’s a fair wind
Blowin’ warm out of the south over my shoulder
Guess I’ll set a course and go
